We've updated how EmpowerHR looks. Here's what's changed:

Changes to Workforce Analysis and Collection Application (WACA) pre-process

In the past, DTWD has maintained their own version of WACA pre-process due to changes to, and additions of, TAFE colleges. This EmpowerHR enhancement incorporates DTWD's changes into the standard version of the WACA pre-process script.

In this EmpowerHR enhancement:
- when the Pay Period containing the start of Term 1 is open and schx batches exist for the pay period, you can now view and update the employee's Ordinary hours via the Pay Data Entry by Employee screen. Any updates made also appear on the Pay Data Entry Audit screen.
- when Term 1 start date is at the beginning of the pay period and there are no Non-Term school holidays included in the Pay Period, the schx batch Ordinary hours are no longer written for employees.
