- Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) emails can now show the employee's preferred name instead of their given name.
A new placeholder, $fromPrefName;, is available for FWA email messages 155 and 156. To use it, edit the message in ESS and replace $fromEmpGivenName; with $fromPrefName;.
Your existing messages keep using the given name until you change them.
