We are pleased to present EmpowerHR 2026 Hotfix Build 1.06
What's fixed
UKG Person Import (Drakes): two new columns and a truer effective date
Developed specifically for The Fourth Force (Drakes). The nightly person file EmpowerHR sends to UKG now has 35 columns instead of 33.
- New: Pay Classification (column U) is the award code and award level joined together, for example RET3.
- New: Movement Date (column X) is the employee's most recent active position movement date.
- Updated: Base Wage Rate Effective Date (column W) now shows the date the hourly rate last changed, based on rate history. Expect some effective dates to change in the first file.
The fields after the new columns shift two positions to the right.
