Leave request error fixed for minutes-based time format

Users were getting an error when submitting leave requests in organisations that use minutes (‘m’) as the time format. EmpowerHR was comparing the displayed leave amount (in minutes) with the calculated amount (in decimals), which caused the submission to fail.
We’ve updated how EmpowerHR handles this:
- It now recalculates the leave amount during submission using the selected dates and leave type.
- If the submitted and recalculated amounts don’t match, EmpowerHR logs the details and uses the recalculated value to complete the request.
Leave requests now submit successfully, no matter which time format the organisation uses.
