Customised payslip

EmpowerHR delivers to CEDoW an enhanced, customised payslip, providing clearer information to employees. This payslip:
- groups transactions by tax year, pay period, and period end date
- flags payments from prior pay periods to show tax is calculated based on earnings in the period it was earned
- flags casual payments with specified payment codes to show they are inclusive of casual loading
- shows only the hourly rate (omitting other salary details) for casual employments
- displays two more columns of salary details for non-casual employments - Annual Regular Allowance and Total Emolument
- adds new flags to the existing flags legend
How to configure EmpowerHR for the new payslip
- Update the configuration setting called (jxns) Path to payslip xml transform
- Change the payslip implementation reference parameter in the self service configuration file

- For any other casual payment codes you want to show as inclusive of casual loading, add them to the new configuration setting called (capc) casual payment codes. (The default values are p003 and n003.)
