Relief Absence Management System (RAMS) - annualised employees enhancement

Requested by: Department of Education, Children and Young People (DECYP)
DECYP expanded the scope of managing Annualisation Percentage employees and the effects on the additional weeks registers functionality.
This EmpowerHR enhancement allows DECYP to:
- define a range of annualisation percentages where previously there was a single percentage, and
- identify annualised employees, and only allow hours worked requests when adding employees to any of the additional weeks registers where previously this could only be applied to the additional 2 weeks register
This enhancement delivers:
a new Annualisation Percentages Admin screen to manage the range of percentages and the registers to which they apply
extra information (percentage) on the Annualised Employees register screen
ability to apply the Non Payment pay method to all additional weeks registers
functionality to manage the Non Payment pay method within all additional weeks requests when an employee is an annualised employee.
